Fuse Workspace, a Texas-based commercial developer specializing in coworking space, opened its fourth Austin-area location Monday and is accepting members and tenants. The new building at 2105 East MLK Boulevard is a joint venture between co-owners Fuse and the building’s original developer, Austin-based CB Capital.

The three-story, 33,000 square-foot facility has 128 private offices for one to six people; three private enterprise suites with three to seven offices each and space for 12 to 30 people; six dedicated individual desks; five meeting rooms accommodating up to 16 people; and a coworking space with group and individual seating.

Fuse-MLK also has a kitchen and café with a grab-and-go market, three outdoor and onsite garage parking.

“We are bullish on the MLK Corridor,” Fuse's John Herring said. “With the opening of our new location, we anticipate engaging local businesses and residents, increasing awareness of all this historic area has to offer and spurring further imaginative, inspired revitalization of this dynamic part of Austin.”

The general contractor for Fuse Workspace’s East Austin buildout was DKC Construction Group (Austin). L.M. Holder III (Austin) designed the interiors in conjunction with Workplace Studio (Chicago).

Fuse is also developing a fifth Austin location on a 3.2-acre site in Cedar Park, northwest of downtown.
