Development partners have broken ground on Manor Crossing, an 18-acre retail center in a booming suburb northeast of the Austin. Dallas company the Retail Connection and its development arm, Connected Development Services, are partners with longtime property owner Butler Family Interests on the project at U.S. 290 and FM 973, about 10 miles from the Tesla Gigafactory.
The 150,000-square-foot shopping center will be on 18 acres of a planned 63-acre commercial complex, located between big box retail anchor Home Depot and an H-E-B grocery store. It will consist of four buildings with a mix of retail, restaurants, entertainment, and service-oriented businesses.
Manor Crossing tenants will include TJ Maxx, Burlington, Planet Fitness, Five Below, Rack Room Shoes, Jersey Mike’s, James Avery, McAlister’s, Mattress Firm, Tropical Smoothie, and Tomlinson’s Feed.
