A 63-acre retail center is headed to a booming Austin suburb Manor, just northeast of the capital city. Dallas company Retail Connection plans to develop the Manor Crossing at U.S. 290 and FM 973, about 10 miles from the Tesla Gigafactory.
Manor Crossing tenants will include Home Depot, a T.J. Maxx, and a 110,000-square-foot grocery store, according to a property brochure.
A 20,000-square-foot Burlington and a 19,000-square-foot Planet Fitness are part of the plans, as are 10,000-square-foot Dollar Tree, a 9,000-square-foot Five Below and a 5,500-square-foot Rack Room Shoes.
Einstein Bros. Bagels, Jersey Mike's Subs, Chick-fil-A, Chili’s, Chipotle, Panera Bread, Seven Brew, Tropical Café, Five Guys, and Abbott's Frozen Custard have also signed on to the project.
Construction on Manor Crossing is expected to begin this year. The center is schedule to open in 2025.
