Cloud computing manufacturer ZT Systems has purchased a 430,000 square-foot facility in Georgetown, where it plans to bring 1,500 new jobs.
The cloud-computing manufacturing facility is located in the 146-acre NorthPark35 industrial development at I-35 and SH 130.
The New Jersey' company says it plans to hire up to 1,500 "high-tech" employees at the facility, which it says will build technology infrastructure for cloud computing and artificial intelligence.
It expects the facility to be at full capacity in late 2024.
