Texas Housing Conservancy, formerly known as the Austin Housing Conservancy, has been named a winner of the prestigious 2024 ULI Global Awards for Excellence.

Winning projects represent the highest standards of achievement in the land use profession, according to an Urban Land Institute press release:

In 2024, 109 projects and programs were submitted across the three ULI regions – the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific. Of those submissions, 27 were named as winners across the regions and were then considered as global finalists. From this impressive field, the jury ultimately selected the seven global winners, including Texas Housing Conservancy.

Texas Housing Conservancy changed its name this year from Austin Housing Conservancy and Affordable Central Texas to reflect an expanded mission to preserve affordable housing across Texas’s metropolitan areas. Then then-Austin Housing Conservancy received the ULI Americas Award for Excellence in June.
