A multifamily project that will bring 249 new apartments to San Marcos is winding down construction.
Arden 231 is, aptly, under construction at 231 Windsor Boulevard in the college- and river-floating town 30 miles southwest of Austin. It has one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 675 to 1,415 square feet and renting from $1,450 to $2,550 per month.
Community amenities include a pickleball court, a 24-hour fitness center, package lockers, a resort-style pool, a dog park, and an indoor dog spa.
Dallas-based Kalterra Capital Partners is developing the complex, which is slated to be completed and open this month.
