An Austin developer named Urban Moment that has been bringing its yard-home complexes to the suburbs is nearing completion on its latest in Round Rock.
YardHomes Meadow Lake, the company's 247-unit build-to-rent residential project in the northern Austin suburb, will have one-, two- and three-bedroom units that range in size from 635 to 1,375 square feet. Units will have private backyards and be furnished with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and keyless entry mechanisms. Amenities include a pool, a fitness center, a dog park, an event lawn, and outdoor grilling and dining stations.
The semi-urban complex is scheduled to open this month and is now preleasing. Prices range from $1,650 to $2,830 per month.
