Locally based brokerage firm Muskin | Elam Group has negotiated the sale of six multifamily properties totaling 179 units in Austin. Four of the properties are part of The Hyde Park Collection:
Century Plaza (4210 Red River Street, 72 units, $6,780,406 county appraisal)
Park Plaza (915 East 41st Street, 30 units, county appraisal $6,583,500)
Plaza Court (923 East 41st Street, 24 units, county appraisal $6,502,300)
VIP Apartments (101 East 33rd Street, 17 units, $6,674,880 county appraisal)
Baccarat Apartments (3703 Harmon Avenue, county appraisal $1,680,000) and Adobe Apartments (110 East 37th Street, county appraisal $3,212,280) are also in the Hyde Park neighborhood. The six properties have an average construction vintage of 1974. The four Hyde Park Collection properties were sold by the original developers, and there were three different buyers across the six assets. All parties involved requested anonymity.
