Kalantari Group, an Austin-based developer and asset manager, has sold Shops at Lakeline to Philadelphia’s CenterSquare Investment Management for an undisclosed amount.
Built in 2015, the 22,443-square-foot retail center at 115 South Lakeline Boulevard he property consists of three buildings on a 1.9-acre parcel and is fully occupied by tenants including Domino's Pizza, VCA Animal Hospital, Cedar Park Dental, and Lakeline Nails and Spa.
Positioned near a dense residential area in the northwest Austin suburb Cedar Park, the Shops at Lakeline is within a five-mile radius of more than 175,000 residents within a five-mile and near a major retail corridor with national retailers such as Walmart, Costco, and Target.
California commercial real estate brokerage firm Marcus and Millichap facilitated the sale. Solomon, Philip Levy, and Wes Peacock, investment specialists in Marcus and Millichap’s Austin and Dallas offices, exclusively represented the seller, Kalantari Group, led by principal Amir Kalantari. Solomon and Levy also procured CenterSquare Investment Management, the buyer.
