Lab operator Rules-Based Medicine, a division of North Carolina healthcare technology firm IQVIA, renewed its lease on 37,356 of office and life sciences space at Stonecreek Park in North Austin.
Nate Stricklen and Jay Austin of CBRE represented the tenant, which is based in Connecticut, in the lease negotiations. Matt Frizzell and Kevin Granger of Cushman & Wakefield represented the landlord, Drawbridge Realty.
Drawbridge bought the 7.1-acre, 76,910-square-foot complex at 3300 Duval Road for $16.9 million in 2013. The two-story, Class A property is in the Northwest Corridor submarket and was completed in 2000.
