Four new retailers will be commercial tenants at Goodnight Ranch, a 700-acre mixed-use development in southeast Austin. Massachusetts developer Benchmark Development announced that the four will join the development, which is slated to be completed in the next seven to 10 years, and have 6,300 homes, a town center, three schools, 120 acres of public parkland, bike paths, trails, and pocket parks.
Locals Meow Bark Veterinary will open a 2,474-square-foot clinic, as will Action Behavior Centers, which helps children diagnosed with autism and has committed to a 6,844-square-foot space. Both will open by the end of the year.
Amazing Explorers plans to debut a 12,156-square-foot childcare center in early 2025, and Boba Magic will open a 1,241-square-foot café next year.
