Richmond American Homes of Texas, a subsidiary of Colorado's M.D.C. Holdings, will make its debut in the north Austin suburb of Georgtown, bringing an unstated number of single-family homes to a new planned community.
The Denver-based company has been building homes in Austin since 2022, but the Seasons at Highland Village at 204 Alistair Drive will be its first in the fastest-growing city of its size in the United States.
Seasons at Highland Village will have one- and two-story homes with three to five bedrooms, measuring from 1,560 to 3,040 square feet, some with three-car garages. Sales for the planned community open Friday.
