A sprawling industrial park north of Austin is nearing completion of its first phase. North Texas' Jackson-Shaw is developing the Crosspoint Business District in booming suburb Georgetown, about 30 miles from the Texas capital city center.

Builders are nearing completion of the first phase of the development, which will have three buildings with a total of 488,000 square feet on 61.7 acres. Onx Homes preleased 204,000-square-foot of Building 1, which it plans to occupy in December. Grander Distributing signed a lease for 41,950 square feet in Building 3.

Crosspoint will be completed in phases on the remaining 162.3 acres of the 224-acre industrial park. Jackson-Shaw purchased the land for the complex in March 2022, with Powers Brown as the architect and Pacheco Koch as the civil engineering firm. Joeris is the general contractor. CrossFirst Bank is providing construction financing, and CBRE has been tapped to lease the project. Diamond Realty is the equity partner. Construction began in summer 2022, and Buildings 2 and 3 are now complete.
