A Tuesday ribbon-cutting ceremony marked the completion of the first of two buildings at Westinghouse Crossing, a planned mixed-use development off North Mays Street in the Georgetown suburb 30 miles north of Austin.
Developers St. John Properties plan to complete of the 51,013-square-foot second building in December. The completed building measures 45,600 square feet. Both buildings will have 18-foot high ceilings, loading docks and free surface parking lots, according to a press release.

“Developments such as Westinghouse Crossing will be the home to hundreds of jobs and a long-term tax contributor and beneficiary of residents throughout the region,” St. John's Brooke Harlander said in the release.
