EastVillage, the $1 billion, 425-acre mixed-use development in ever-burgeoning Southeast Austin, has signed its first retail tenants
Reger Holdings, developer of the planned community currently under construction on East Parmer Lane across from Samsung Austin Semiconductor, announced Thursday that its future tenants include:
Fitness International
Fitness International, the parent company of LA Fitness, plans to bring its state-of-the-art Club Studio concept to a 34,000-square-foot space at EastVillage. Club Studio brings top-of-the-line amenities, boutique studio classes, and wellness services together in one gym.810 Billiards & Bowling
810 Billiards & Bowling, an upscale entertainment, dining and bar experience founded in Myrtle Beach, S.C., will unveil its combined restaurant and bar concept with bowling, pool and several types of family-friendly games covering 30,000 square feet at EastVillage.Swish Dental
Swish Dental, dedicated to preventing, diagnosing, and treating oral health issues, will offer judgement-free, comprehensive dental care to patients at a 3,513-square-foot clinic at EastVillage.
EastVillage previously announced BillionToOne, a molecular diagnostics company, as its first life science tenant. The company will occupy about 220,000 square feet of a six-building, 1.5M-square-foot office campus in the development.
Upon buildout, EastVillage will have more than 345,000 square feet of retail space, including up to 17 restaurants; a 1.4-acre village green with an amphitheater; and a 150-acre park with miles of hike-and-bike trails. The development will also include multifamily communities totaling 2,400 units, three hotels, and 466 single-family homes.
