Construction is underway at three Austin-area planned communities, all projects of California-based builder Tri Pointe Homes

The list includes Georgetown’s Park Central, which represents Tri Pointe Austin’s first self-developed community in the area. The 447-home community will have 191 single-family residences and 256 townhome units — the homebuilder’s first-ever attached product for the Austin market.

Homes at Park Central will range from 1,800 to 3,000 square feet and have three to five bedrooms, two to four baths, and 2- to 2.5-bay garages. The Arbor and Park single-family collections on 45’-foot and 50-foot homesites, respectively, and the new Townhome Collection will have spacious great rooms with abundant natural light, covered outdoor living spaces, large kitchens with islands, and walk-in closets.

Park Central community amenities include a clubhouse, a pool, and a 10-acre park. Developers also plan trails, a pond, a hammock park, basketball and pickleball courts, a trike track, and an open-air pavilion with shaded areas and picnic tables. Sales are projected to begin in the first quarter of 2025.

Flora, located in the booming suburban city of Hutto, will feature Tri Pointe Homes’ Terrace Collection, with single-family homes on 40’ homesites, ranging from 1,600 to 2,750 square feet, with three to four bedrooms, two to 3.5 baths, and two-bay garages. The seven floorplans will include options such as lofts, game rooms, and primary suites on either the first or second floors. Planned amenities include parks, open spaces, and miles of winding trails. The community should see a grand opening in the first quarter of 2025.

Tri Pointe Homes plans to deliver approximately 358 new homes on 147 acres within the new 675-acre Lagos Reserve planned community. Construction  on the 112 homesites in phase one is underway, an additional 246 future homesites are planned. The homes will range fro  1,800 to 3,000 square feet, and have three to five bedrooms, two to four  bathrooms, two to 2.5-bay garages, and eight floor plans. Community amenities include a pickleball courts, a pool and clubhouse, a playscape, and a picnic area.

Sales at Lagos Reserve, which is 10 miles north of Tesla’s Gigafactory Texas and 15 miles from downtown Austin, are expected to begin in the second quarter of 2025.
