Two mammoth business parks are making their way to the northern end of the Austin metro.
New York's Brookfield Properties announced recently that it's planning two industrial developments totaling more than 500,000 square feet.
Tuscany Crossing Business Park at 8501 Wall Street, near U.S. highways 183 and 290, will have four buildings totaling 329,627 square feet of industrial space and is planned to be completed by June 2024.
Northgate 35 Logistics Center will be on the northbound I-35 frontage road north of Grand Avenue Parkway and south of Texas 45. It will have 145,454 square feet of industrial space, including an office suite in one building. It's expected to be finished in April 2024.
Blake Patterson and Omar Nasser with Austin's Aquila Commercial will represent both properties for leasing .
