Stream Realty Partners has jumped into the industrial fray near Austin’s airport, negotiating a 120,440-square-foot industrial lease for a southeast business park under construction.
The tenant, shipping logistics company Hotline Delivery Systems, will rent the space at ATX 130, a four-building, 602,4000-square-foot development at state Highway 130 and Elroy Road.
Stream’s Lena Thomas and Ryan Boozer of Stream represented the tenant in the lease negotiations. Aquila Commercial represented the landlord, North Texas-based developer Jackson-Shaw.
Jackson-Shaw is building the 67-acre ATX 130 complex, part of the ongoing industrial boom near the growing Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. The project broke ground in 2023.
Method Architecture is designing the project, and Burton Construction is serving as the general contractor. AQUILA Commercial is the leasing agent.
