Georgia home builder Ashton Woods is set to bring 954 new home sites to the Carmel master-planned community in Pflugerville, about 15 miles northeast of Austin.
The sites are part of the Carmel East neighborhood, which developers plan connect to Carmel West to create a bigger community, according to a press release.
“Our vision is to connect the new phase to Carmel West via the walking trails and create one large luxury Carmel community,” Ashton Woods' Brandon Noack said in a press release. “Home buyers will be excited to choose from more than 30 home plans in this final phase.”
Ashton Woods Homes and Starlight Homes are the two builders for Carmel East.
There are four phases planned for the Carmel East build, with 513 homesites planned for the first two phases and the remaining 441 planned for phases three and four, which are expected to open in spring 2026. The homesites range from 40- to 70-foot lots with customizable options for homeowners.
