Roberts Communities, an Arizona-based developer of manufactured home communities, announced Monday that it plans to expand Oak Ranch Community in Southeast Austin.
The developer will add 180 new homes to the community anchored at 11900 Charro Drive in East Del Valle near Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, the Tesla Texas Gigafactory, and Circuit of the Americas.
Located on 200 acres, Oak Ranch currently has 1,000 homes and community amenities including a pool, a fitness center, a playground, a dog park off-street parking, and storage sheds. Home prices start at $105,000.
