Developers have finished construction on Camber Ranch, a residential complex at 5005 East Parmer Lane that will bring 483 new apartments to northwest Austin.
Designed by Dallas-based Humphreys and Partners, the 35-acre Camber Ranch property has 22 buildings with studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging from 438 to 1,487 square feet. Units have granite and quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and LED lighting. Community amenities include multiple pools, a fitness center, a snook ball court, a communal outdoor kitchen with grilling stations, a dog park, and a bike repair shop.
California-based Legacy Partners and Utah's Bridge Investment Group developed the $64 million project, with construction management by Peritia Partners, headquartered in Houston.
