JLL Capital Markets has completed financing for the acquisition of South Bend Center in Austin's South Manchaca neighborhood.
The 43,811-square-foot three-building retail/flex center at 321 West Ben White Boulevard includes retail, flex warehouse, and medical office spaces. Built in 1984, the complex on 3.8 acres fronts heavily traveled east-west corridor Ben White Boulevard. It's 97 percent leased.
JLL represented the borrower, Duncan Park Capital, to secure the acquisition loan through a regional bank. The JLL Capital Markets Debt Advisory team was led by senior director CW Sheehan and analyst Peyton Ackerman.
