Co-working company Industrious is expanding its Austin presence with a lease for 30,000 square feet in an office building at 7001 Burnet Road.
New York-based Industrious signed rented the Crestview building in late August. Representing the building’s landlord is David Kahn of Colina West Real Estate; Jamie Hodari represented Industrious; and the broker was Equitable Commercial Realty’s Jason Steinberg.
The lease brings Industrious’s total space in the city to nearly 170,000 square feet. The coworking firm, Austin's second-largest, is set to open the new location by mid-September.
