Dallas-based Holt Lunsford Commercial Investments plans a 281,000-square-foot industrial development in Cedar Park, an Austin suburb about 16 miles northwest of downtown Austin. HLCI bought a 22-acre tract along Highway 183A for the development, the company announced Tuesday.
The project consists of three rear-load buildings. The first (and largest) building comprises 138,600 square feet; Building two will have 97,200 square feet; and building 3 will measure 45,240 square feet.
“Cedar Park has a track record of attracting high-quality manufacturing and technology firms,” HLCI's Jon Lueders said. “Not only will this site provide much-needed warehouse space to support these businesses,, but our projects will serve as a talent incubator and growth platform for some of the most in-demand business lines in the Austin community.” HLCI has more than one million square feet of active industrial developments in the Austin market.
HLCI expects to start construction on the project in late 2025.
