Affordable housing developer Dominium is bringing 250 new multifamily units to Georgetown, the fast-growing suburban city 27 miles north of Austin.
Northside Village apartments at 350 Highway 195 will have garden-style, walk-up apartments and townhomes as well as a clubhouse, a resort-style pool, outdoor play areas, and walking paths connected to a trail system.
Minnesota-based Dominium will own and manage the apartments, the company’s Jeff Spicer said, adding that other developers have plans to build a hotel and retail spaces on the site.
Construction on Northside Village apartments is expected to begin in mid-2025 and last 18 months, with openings projected for 2026 to early 2027.
