The Gabriel Georgetown, a multifamily complex being developed at 520 Wolf Ranch Parkway in its namesake city, a suburb about an hour from Austin, opened for leasing this month.
Available for rent are one-bedroom apartments in the first of its planned buildings to open.
The completed complex will have six buildings and 288 units — a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments for rent.
Building 2, which has the full array of apartments, is slated to open by the first week of September, company officials said.
Rent will range from $1,201 to $2,525 monthly.
Community amenities incude a game room, a pool, a club house, a cyber lounge, a gym, a dog park and wash, a package room, and private yards in some units.
Developers expect Building 5 slated to open at the end of October, Building 6 at the end of November, Building 4 at the end of December, and Building 3 at the end of January 2025.
