California's Decron Properties, which owns 10,000 apartments across California, Arizona, and Washington, made its first foray into the Austin-area multifamily market with the purchase of a community in the northern suburb of Pflugerville.
Citizen House Pflugerville at 19365 Wilke Lane is a garden-style property with 334 apartments. Units are a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments with with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring, and walk-in closets. Community amenities include a pool with a spa and cabanas, a clubhouse with a demonstration kitchen and coffee bar, a two-level fitness center with virtual training capabilities, an outdoor entertainment lounge, package lockers, and a dog park.
The rent for one-bedroom, one-bathroom, 818-square-foot apartment is $1,345 per month, according to Citizen House Pflugerville's website. A 1,189-square-foot, 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment costs $1,801 per month.
