Design-driven Dallas developer StreetLights Residential has been making inroads into Austin and is now leasing The Maris at Presidio in the rapidly growing Lakeline neighborhood. The 276-unit Maris at 10520 Lakeline Mall Drive is the fourth phase of the Presidio luxury multifamily development in Northwest Austin. Previous phases include The Michael (opened 2016), The Elizabeth (opened 2019), and The Asher (opened 2023).
“The vibrant and dynamic spirit of Austin is what drew us to this area, and we look forward to nearing completion of the fourth phase within the Presidio development,” StreetLights’ Greg Coutant said.
Apartments in the Maris range from from 517 to 1,684 square feet, with studios and one-, two-, and three-bedroom options. Amenities including a coworking space, two private coworking offices, a custom coffee bar with a Starbucks coffee machine, a billiards room, a prep kitchen with adjacent private dining, dog washing stations, and bike storage and repair station.
Residents also have access to a resort-style pool with seating and dining tables, a sundeck and cabanas, and a courtyard with fireplaces and seating. The Maris’s gated parking has EV chargers, and the location offers access to a metro rail and bus station.
StreetLights Creative Studio served as the architect of record for the project, handling all interior design in-house. SLR Construction is the general contractor.
