Atlanta-based developer Wood Partners and ParkProperty Capital have opened the multifamily complex the Albright at 8528 Burnet Road in the North Shoal Creek neighborhood.
The 261-unit apartment complex has studio and one-, two- and three-bedroom units and amenities including a pool, a fitness center, a co-working lounge, a club room, a gaming area, a pet park, and a rooftop lounge. Rent starts at $1,475 per month for a studio apartment.
The Albright, which the two companies delivered in May, is now leasing, with residents moving in this month.
