Last month, JPI announced the closing of a 9.3-acre property at Pearson Market Circle and Spectrum Drive in Northwest Austin, where the developer will build a new $90-million housing complex called Jefferson Pearson Ranch.
The 342-unit development, the first for JPI in the Austin market in a decade, will be located in the Pearson Ranch development. Construction is set to commence in August 2026 and be completed in 2028.
“Austin remains one of the strongest long-term growth stories in the country, and this corridor of Northwest Austin sits right at the center of it," said JPI senior vice president Miller Sylvan in a statement. "We’re proud to plant our flag back in Austin with a project of this caliber, bringing high-quality housing to a market where demand is accelerating."
Plans call for a mix of studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom units, some of which will include private balconies, fenced yards, and patios. Common amenities will include a pool deck, coworking space, courtyards, and a dog park.
Other members of the project team include architect The Preston Partnership, civil engineering by BGE, landscape architecture by LandDesign, and interior design by Ink + Oro.
