Related Texas has released a rendering of One Lady Bird Lake, a new housing complex rising in Austin's South Central Waterfront District..
The 18-story building, located at 151 S. 1st Street, will consist of 298 homes - including 101 condominiums and 197 rental units. Also included in the project are two restaurants and various amenity spaces.
KPF is designing the project, headlining a team that includes Workshop/APD as interior designer and TBG Partners as landscape architecture firm.
Move-ins to One Lady Bird Lake are expected in early 2028.
