Tri Pointe Homes has started work on Park Central, the homebuilder’s first self-developed community in the Austin area. The 447-home community is underway near at near the intersection of Patriot Way and SH 130 in Georgetown, about 30 miles north of Austin.

Park Central, which represents Tri Pointe Austin’s first self-developed community in the area, will have 191 single-family residences and 256 townhome units — the homebuilder’s first-ever attached product for the Austin market.

Homes at Park Central will range from 1,800 to 3,000 square feet and have three to five bedrooms, two to four baths, and 2- to 2.5-bay garages. 

Community amenities include a clubhouse, a pool, and a 10-acre park. Developers also plan trails, a pond, a hammock park, basketball and pickleball courts, a trike track, and an open-air pavilion with shaded areas and picnic tables. Sales are projected to begin in the first quarter of 2025.
