California builder New Home Company began construction on 105 single-family detached homes in Georgetown in the Bluffview master community in October and expects full build-out by spring 2028.
The development will have homes ranging from 2,100 to 4,000 square feet. Sixty-five of the sites will have 40-foot-wide homes with prices starting in the $600,000s, and prices for the 40 sites with 50-foot-wide homes, starting near the $700,000s.
New Home bought the land from Austin’s Riverside Resources for $17 million, and site improvements and ground work started last month. The project is the homebuilder’s fourth community in the Greater Austin area.
“We’re excited to bring the New Home Co. brand to Georgetown, the most active submarket in Greater Austin,” said the company’s John Bohnen in a news release.
Bluffview home sales are expected to launch in late 2025.
