Dallas-based homebuilder Landsea Homes has signed an 8,000-square-foot, long-term lease at Stonebridge Plaza at 9600 North Mopac Expressway in northwest Austin’s Gateway neighborhood. The office space will serve as the company’s Austin division headquarters. Landsea Title and Landsea Mortgage will have dedicated space in new building
“Landsea Homes has been expanding rapidly in the Austin area over the last year, and we have quickly outgrown our current office space,” said Landsea’s Jill Wasik. "Stonebridge Plaza is centrally located, amenity rich and provides an overall great environment for our employees, partners and vendors to meet, collaborate, and train."
At move-in early next year, about 15 Austin division employees will work out of the office, but the space can accommodate up to 30 employees as the company anticipates further employment growth, according to a Landsea press release.
Landsea Homes’ Austin division is currently selling homes at Village at Manor Commons in Manor, Avery Centre in Round Rock, and Lariat in Liberty Hill. It will soon be selling them at Freedom at Anthem and Parkton Square in Kyle as well.
