Austin builder Brohn Homes opened a new planned community in Pflugerville in late September.
The Edgebrooke planned development offers 20 floor plans for homes ranging from 1,230 to 3,007 square feet in size. The neighborhood also has a playground, dog park, walking trails, and a pickleball court.
The neighborhood is off East Howard Lane between SH 130 and I-35 in the Pflugerville Independent School District.
Prices for newly built homes in Edgebrooke start at about $320,000.
