A build-to-rent community is now leasing in Leander, a suburb about 22 miles north of downtown Austin. The Tricon Bryson master-planned community is offering 155 single-family homes to rent.
Tenants can choose from six floor plans in the development, which offers open-concept three- and four-bedroom homes. Community amenities include a pool, splash pad, fire pit, playground, dog park, fishing pond and more. Every unit has granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a two-car garage, and a fully fenced backyard. Monthly rent starts at $2,099.
Blackstone real estate portfolio company Tricon Residential, Houston’s Johnson Development, and Plano-based HHS Residential developed and built the community. Tricon Residential maintains and manages the rentals.
