Developer Alliance industrial has sold a 1.4 million-square-foot Kyle logistics park in Kyle to Atlanta-based fund manager MDH for an undisclosed amount. Car maker Tesla leases 100 percent of the property, using it for storage and light assembly in support of its gigafactory in Austin.
The 35 Kyle Logistics Park is at 201 Logistics Drive in Kyle, a rapidly growing suburb on the I-35 corridor between Austin and San Antonio. Tesla leased the property shortly after its completion in 2023.
The property has five buildings ranging from 140,300 to 474,400 square fee with 36- to 40-foot clear heights, ESFR sprinkler systems, and parking.
