Austin-based multifamily operator Texas Housing Conservancy, a nonprofit sponsor and investment manager of the Texas Housing Conservancy Fund, has purchased a 64-unit apartment complex in North Austin.
Cielo at North Domain is at 9010 Galewood Drive in the North Austin Civic Association neighborhood. It comprises eight two-story buildings with primarily one-bedroom units averaging 600 square feet. About half the residences have been recently upgraded with new appliances, windows, fixtures, hardware, and countertops.
Atlanta's Zavala Capital Group sold the property for an undisclosed amount. Northmarq’s Hayden Schnieders, Scott Lamontagne, Will Collier, and Jordan Vaughn of Northmarq represented Zavala in the deal.
