A mixed-use building on a bustling South Congress corner has a new mystery owner. The Saint Vincent development at 1329-1333 South Congress Avenue, recently changed hands, according to a press release from real estate giant JLL, which brokered the sale.

Saint Vincent, a nondescript, three-story structure at the corner of South Congress and Gibson Street, was build in 2018. Tenants of the fully leased, 21,185-square-foot building include King Ranch Saddle Shop, Madewell, Marine Layer, Howler Bros and Garrett Leight, and offices of John Deere.

JLL’s Ben Pollack, Chris Gerard, Erin Lazarus, Megan Babovec, Ryan West, and Shea Petrick brokered the sale.

While JLL  didn't name Saint Vincent's buyer and seller, appraisal district records show the owner was an entity with an address in New York for Clarion Partners, the American-Statesman reported. “Local real estate sources” said Austin-based Pennybacker Capital was the buyer, according to the Statesman article.
