High-profile Rainey district tower Vesper is finished and ready for residents. Developer Pearlstone Partners sales arm Prospect Real Estate has sold 67 percent of its 284 luxury units and is starting its first phase of move-ins, the company announced Wednesday.
The 41-story, 275,570-square-foot high-rise has one- and two-bedroom units of 697 to 1,773 square feet, priced from $545,000 to more than $2 million. Requisite luxury amenities include a rooftop swimming pool and lounge, a fitness center, co-working spaces, a dog park and washing station, and 24-hour concierge.
Austin artists Rex Hamilton, Adrian Landon Brooks, Kel Brown, Sadé Lawson, Matthew Rodriguez, Sophie Roach, and Will Bryant are collaborating on a large exterior mural facing Rainey Street.
Vesper project partners include landscape architecture firm DWG, interior designers McCray and Company, general contractor AECOMHunt, and civil engineers at Wuest Group.
Developers broke ground on Vesper in 2021 and completed it this spring. Pearlstone is also developing Parkside at 1808 Aldrich Street in Mueller and will begin move-ins there this summer. Parkside has 200 residential units and 225,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space.
