MA Partners, the developer of the Co-Op District, today shared new details regarding the construction plans for its newest restaurant tenant, Austin’s Jack Allen’s Kitchen.
The Jack Allen’s location will be its first constructed from the ground up. The Jack Allen’s Kitchen team, working in partnership with the Co-Op District developers, was able to design the restaurant to align the restaurant’s distinctive essence with the vibe of the city of Hutto. And the arrival of Jack Allen’s Kitchen is a significant milestone in the Co-Op District’s goal of bringing as many Austin iconic businesses as possible to Hutto.
The newest Jack Allen’s Kitchen, which spans approximately 7,500 square feet,
will feature interior dining space for 200+ as well as patio seating for 50+
overlooking the Co-Op District’s six-acre lake and fountain. The restaurant is estimated to open in summer of 2024. Designtrait Architects is handling the design.
Jack Allen’s Kitchen will bring between 90 and 100 new jobs to Hutto.
Jack Allen’s Kitchen is joined by Southside Market, the oldest continuously
operating barbeque establishment in the United States; Austin’s iconic Top Notch
Burgers; and Jaime Fernandez’s Cocina Jalisco Sports Bar & Grill Mexican
cuisine concept as the Co-Op District’s restaurant tenants. The Co-Op District is
also home to the City Hall for the City of Hutto and the Hutto Public Library.
